Policies

At Next Summit Fitness, my goal is to help you stay consistent, make progress, and feel confident in your body. These policies are designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and flexibility for all clients.


Cancellation & Rescheduling

As everyone’s time and schedules are valuable, I kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be forfeited.
  • No-shows will also result in a forfeited session.
  • If you arrive late, sessions will still end at the scheduled time.

I understand that life happens. Please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up so I can best support your training journey.


Purchase Policy

  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • To support your consistency, progress, and results, all personal training packages must be used within a set timeframe from the purchase date:
    • 4-session package: must be used within 6 weeks
    • 12-session package: must be used within 3 months
    • 24-session package: must be used within 6 months
  • Sessions can be transferred between program categories, for example:
    • A session purchased for prenatal training may be applied toward postnatal or general fitness sessions.

*Life can be unpredictable. Extensions may be available for life events, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances just reach out and we’ll find a solution that works for you.*


Session Transfers & Flexibility

Your goals may change, and that’s okay!

  • Sessions can be applied to any other program category offered by Next Summit Fitness.
  • Simply contact me to discuss your needs and ensure your sessions are used in the most effective way.

Additional Notes

  • Health & Safety: Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning a training program if you have injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant.
  • Virtual or In-Person Guidelines: Instructions for location, equipment, and session prep will be provided upon booking.
  • Communication: 
    • All sessions are confirmed through Google Calendar. Once your session is booked, you will receive a calendar invitewith the date, time, and any necessary details.
    • If you need to reschedule, you can do so by contacting me directly. Please keep contact info up to date to avoid missed sessions.

FAQ

Q: Who is your training for?

A: My programs are designed for women of all stages—whether you’re postpartum, working toward functional strength, or just looking to feel more confident in your body. Sessions are personalized to your goals and fitness level.

Q: What if I’m not prenatal or postpartum?

A: That’s totally fine! While I specialize in postpartum fitness, all programs are tailored to help any woman build strength, restore function, and move confidently. I have 20 years of experience working with both women and men of all different abilities.

Q: What should I expect in a session?

A: Each session includes warm-up, progressive strength and functional training, core/pelvic floor support if needed, and cool-down. Programs are tailored to your personal goals, available equipment and current fitness level.


Q: Can I switch between programs (e.g., prenatal to postnatal or general fitness)?

A: Yes! Sessions are interchangeable between program categories to best support your goals.

Q: How do I schedule sessions?

A: All sessions are booked through personally via your preferred method of contact and confirmed via Google Calendar. You’ll receive a calendar invite with all session details.

Q: Do I need a medical clearance?

A: If you have injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before starting a program.

Q: Do we train in person or virtually?

A: Either! We can train in person at your home or gym or virtually via FaceTime or other platform.

Q: How do I track my progress?

A: Progress is tracked through your personal app and personalized plans. In the app, you can:
